Does FragranceAura ship to the USA?

Yes. Every order ships free to the United States with standard shipping. Express Delivery is also available at checkout for $20.

How long does delivery to the US take?

Our shipping policy estimates delivery in 7 to 15 working days. Orders are sent from our team in India. You get an email when the order is placed and another with shipping details once it ships.

Are prices in US dollars?

Yes. All prices on fragranceaura.com are shown and charged in USD, and standard shipping is free, so the price you see is what you pay for the item and shipping.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@fragranceaura.com. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Under our refund policy, beauty and personal-care goods and sale items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away and we will make it right.

What is the difference between Extrait de Parfum, Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?

The difference is how much perfume oil is in the bottle. Extrait de Parfum (also called parfum) typically has the highest concentration, roughly 20–40%, and usually lasts longest. Eau de Parfum (EDP) is typically around 15–20%, and Eau de Toilette (EDT) around 5–15%, giving a lighter, fresher wear. A concentrated perfume oil (attar) is oil-based with no alcohol and is applied directly to the skin.

What are Arabian perfumes?

Arabian (Middle Eastern) perfumes are fragrances from houses in the Gulf region, such as Lattafa, Armaf, Afnan and Rasasi from the United Arab Emirates. They are known for rich notes like oud, amber, musk, saffron and rose, and often cost far less than European designer fragrances. FragranceAura stocks more than 4,500 of them.
