Shipping to the USA

• Free standard shipping on every order.
• Express Delivery is available at checkout for $20.
• Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 working days. Orders are sent from India.
• You will receive an order confirmation email, then a second email with shipping details once your order ships.

Please enter your full address, ZIP code and a reachable phone number so your parcel isn't misrouted. Do not accept a package that looks tampered with.

Returns

• Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@fragranceaura.com. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Beauty and personal-care goods, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately so we can make it right.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
